This policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit the website, sign in, place an order or contact us, why we collect it, who we share it with and the choices you have. It is published under the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

• Sign-in details: your mobile number, which we verify with a one-time password (OTP) sent by SMS.
• Order and delivery details: your name, email address, delivery address, PIN code, state, the products and quantities you order, and the order amount.
• Payment status: whether a payment succeeded, its amount and the payment reference. Card, UPI, net-banking and wallet details are entered on our payment partner’s secure page. We never see or store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN or banking password.
• Messages you send us: what you write in enquiry, quote, career or contact forms, by email, phone or WhatsApp, including any CV you send.
• Technical data: basic information your browser sends, such as IP address, device and browser type, and the pages you visit, which our servers record to keep the site working and secure.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 18. Purchases on this website are meant for adults.

• To verify your identity and keep you signed in.
• To process, pack, ship and deliver your orders, issue GST invoices and handle cancellations, returns and refunds.
• To answer your enquiries and quotation requests, and to consider job applications.
• To send you messages about your orders, such as confirmation, dispatch, tracking and delivery updates.
• To keep accounting and tax records as the law requires, and to prevent fraud and misuse.
• To send you newsletters or offers, only if you ask to receive them. You can unsubscribe at any time.

We do not sell your personal data. We share only what is needed with the service providers who help us run the business:

• Razorpay processes your payments.
• MSG91 sends the sign-in OTP by SMS.
• Shiprocket and its courier partners receive your name, phone number and delivery address to deliver your order.
• Cloud hosting and storage providers (such as MongoDB Atlas and Amazon Web Services) store our website data securely.
• Government and tax authorities, when the law requires it, for example GST records or a lawful request.

Each provider may use your data only to provide its service to us.

When you sign in, we keep a sign-in token in your browser’s local storage so that you stay signed in. Your cart is held only while the page is open. Clearing your browser data signs you out.

If we add analytics tools (for example Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity or the Meta Pixel) to understand how the website is used, they may set their own cookies. We will list them here when they are switched on, and you can block them in your browser settings.

We keep order and invoice records for as long as Indian tax and accounting laws require (generally eight years). We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to deal with them. Everything else is kept only while it is useful for the purposes above.

The website uses HTTPS encryption. Access to customer data is limited to staff who need it, and payments are handled entirely by Razorpay’s PCI-DSS compliant systems.

You can ask us to:

• tell you what personal data we hold about you and give you a copy;
• correct or update data that is wrong or incomplete;
• delete your data, except what we must keep by law (for example invoices);
• stop sending you marketing messages;
• withdraw any consent you have given.
