This website is operated by Royal Agro Organic Private Limited, GSTIN 27AAGCR2933N1ZY, registered office at Office No. 410 To 415, The Business Hub, Karve Nagar Rd, above BarBerry Hotel, Happy Colony, Kothrud, Pune, Maharashtra 411052, India (“Royal Agro”, “we”, “us”).

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, our Refund & Cancellation Policy and our Shipping & Delivery Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract under Indian law.
• You sign in with your own mobile number using a one-time password (OTP). You are responsible for everything done through your sign-in, so do not share your OTP with anyone.
• The details you give us (name, phone, address, GSTIN if any) must be true and complete.
• Dealers, distributors and bulk or institutional buyers may need to provide valid licences (for example an insecticide selling licence) before we can supply certain products.

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Pictures are for illustration, and packaging may differ slightly from what is shown.

Some of our products are fertilisers or crop-protection chemicals. Always read and follow the label and leaflet for dose, crop, safety equipment, waiting period and storage. Keep them away from children, food and animals. Advice on this website is general guidance; your local agronomist or our technical team can advise on your specific crop and conditions.

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹). Product prices are shown before GST; GST at the applicable rate is added at checkout and shown before you pay.
• Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay. Shipping is currently free.
• Payments are processed securely by Razorpay, using UPI, cards, net banking or wallets.
• Prices and availability can change without notice, but the price you see when you pay is the price you are charged.
• If a price is clearly wrong because of a mistake, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

• Your order is confirmed only after your payment succeeds and we send you an order confirmation.
• If you leave checkout without paying, the order is cancelled automatically after about 30 minutes and the stock is released.
• We may refuse or cancel an order if the product is out of stock, the delivery address cannot be served, we suspect fraud, or the product cannot legally be supplied to you. If you have already paid, you get a full refund.
• Each order comes with a GST invoice, which you can view and download from your orders page.

• Do not misuse the website, for example by trying to break its security, overload it, copy its content in bulk or place fake orders.
• All content on this website, including text, images, logos, product names and designs, belongs to Royal Agro or its licensors. You may not use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.
• Links to other websites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

We are responsible for supplying products that match their description and are of satisfactory quality. Your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 are not affected by these terms.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss caused by using a product against its label instructions, for crop results that depend on weather, soil or farming practice, or for indirect loss such as loss of profit. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first, as most problems can be solved quickly. Any dispute that cannot be settled will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Pune, Maharashtra.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
