Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Before dispatch: you can cancel free of charge. Email sales@royalgroupglobal.in or call 1800-266-7474 (toll-free) with your order number. You get a full refund.
• After dispatch: the order can no longer be cancelled. You may refuse the parcel at delivery; once it comes back to us undamaged, we refund the product price.
• Unpaid orders are cancelled automatically after about 30 minutes. Nothing is charged.
• If we cancel your order (for example because it is out of stock or we cannot deliver to your PIN code), you get a full refund automatically.

Because our products are agricultural inputs and crop-protection chemicals, we accept returns only in these cases:

• the product arrived damaged or leaking;
• you received the wrong product or wrong quantity;
• the product is past its expiry date on delivery;
• the product has a manufacturing defect.

For safety and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, used, mixed or stored incorrectly, or returns because you changed your mind.

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@royalgroupglobal.in or call 1800-266-7474 (toll-free).
• Share your order number and clear photos or a short video of the product, its label and batch number, and the outer box.
• Keep the product sealed and in its original packaging.
• Once we approve the return, we arrange a free pickup from your address. Do not send the product back yourself, as courier rules apply to chemicals.

• Approved refunds go back to the same payment method you used (UPI, card, net banking or wallet).
• We start the refund within 2 business days of approving a cancellation, or of receiving and checking a returned product.
• Your bank or card issuer usually credits the money within 5–7 business days after that.
• Instead of a refund, you can ask for a free replacement of a damaged or wrong product, if it is in stock.
• The refund includes the GST you paid on the refunded items.
